JOANN (BRADLEY) HEKL

JoAnn was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she attended Roosevelt High School. On May 24, 1954, she married Richard Hekl. In 1959, they moved to Omaha, Neb. She was the office manager at their family-owned business, Trade Ruling and Binding Co., for 33 years. She was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church for 53 years.
She loved her family and was especially proud of her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Marguerite Bradley, and brother, John.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; four children, Lori (Doug) Pietramale, Richard Hekl Jr., Bob (Caroline) Hekl and Kathleen Hekl; brothers, Donald Bradley Jr and Dennis Bradley; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Visitation: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church (56th and Leavenworth), with interment at Bohemian Cemetery (52nd and Center), all in Omaha.
