JoAnn Elizabeth Harris passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at Willow Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Willow Park, Texas, with family at her side.
JoAnn was born Jan. 14, 1945, to David and Anita (Gordon) Hundley in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. From her·marriage to John D. Harris, they had three children, Debbie (Greg) Raymer, Mark Harris and Dawn Streng. She also was blessed with nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
JoAnn also is survived by her brother,
David (Dotty) Hundley; and two nieces; as well as six half siblings.

JoAnn was an avid fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes. After relocating to the Dallas area, she quickly became a Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys fan, rarely missing a game on television.
Family and friends may take comfort as she is now at peace. JoAnn will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude for all of the condolences and support.
Honoring JoAnn's wishes, she was cremated and her ashes will be spread at the family lake property. The family will hold a celebration of JoAnn's life at a later date in remembrance of her at the lake property in Texas.
