Joan Pipher 74, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at home.
Joan was born on Feb. 6, 1948, in Jamaica, to Lee and Ruby Ritchie. She worked at The Ministry of Labor before migrating to the United States in 1988.
Survivors include her children, Andre' Brown and Patrice Brown; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and siblings, Vilma, Marva, June, Earl and Everald.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Vaughn Gregory.
Joan is now at Peace.
