Joan A. Hubbard, 88, of Des Moines, formerly of Marion, died Dec. 11, 2015, at Kavanagh House on 56th Street in Des Moines.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Jan. 16 at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, Cedar Rapids. As was her wish, Joan's body was donated to the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She will later rest at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
