Jim Victor, 71, of Davenport, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018, as the result of an auto racing accident.
Three siblings, Barbara, Tom and Mick Victor survive Jim.
His parents, Albert and Marge Victor, formerly of Marion; and a sister, Mary Anne Victor, preceded him in death.
