Jim Petersmith, 64, the beloved son of Bob and Mary Petersmith, died of Alzheimer's disease on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, in Louisville, Ky. Funeral services were held in Louisville.
A Petersmith family Mass will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at noon at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, located at 857 Third Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Jim was full of kindness, good will and love for all people. No one was a stranger to Jim. There wasn't a mean or judgmental bone in his body. He will be greatly missed by his wonderful family and friends.
Rest in peace, dear Jim. You made this world a much happier place.
