Jesse J. Tubbs, 68, of Oxford Junction, passed away on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at his home surrounded by his family.
His funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Oxford Junction Legionnaire. A visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service time on Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Legionnaire. Burial will be held at a later date.
