Sioux Falls, S.D.
On the morning of Oct. 27, 2022, Jennifer Lynn Pallesen, 45, of Sioux Falls S.D., passed away following a long Illness.
Jenny was born to Mike and Helen Pallesen in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1977. After graduating from Jefferson High School, she attended the Mercy/St. Luke's School for Radiologic Technology. Jenny took great pride in her work as an MRI technologist at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa, and Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D..
One of the things Jenny loved most was doing things for the people she cared about, whether that was making a meal for friends, buying gifts, or baking treats for her coworkers. We wish her a peaceful journey. Jenny will now be reunited with her Dad, whom she loved so much.
Jenny is survived by her mother, Helen (Markmann) Pallesen, her sister, Sara Fry; brother-in-law, Kris; and niece, Emily.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mike Pallesen.
Jenny's beautiful spirit will be honored during a Celebration of Life service on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jenny's memory to the Cedar Valley Humane Society or the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
