Jennifer Lynn "Jen" Fritz, 47, of Marion, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021, at her home in Marion. Family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Central City, Iowa. A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, Aug. 5, at the funeral home conducted by the Rev. Ron Lashmit. Burial will follow at Mount Clark Cemetery in Central City.
Jen was born March 10, 1974, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Clifford E. and Mary Marie (Gingerich) Fritz. She graduated from Center Point High School. Jen was employed with Kids Inc. in Marion for nearly 17 years. She really enjoyed taking care of the babies at the day care. Jen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jen is survived and lovingly remembered by her sister, Debbie Kammerman; brother, Larry Fritz (Mary Byerly); six nephews, Kevin, Robert, Clifford, Mike and Shannon Fritz, and Kenny Swolley; seven great-nephews; three great-nieces; and many aunts, uncles, friends and co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Mary Fritz.
