Jeffrey Wayne Fencl, 56, of Solon passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House, Hiawatha following a battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 1-4 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Historical Chapel located at 1165 Taft Ave. NE, Solon, IA. Casual Dress please.
Jeff was born May 31, 1967, in Solon to Jim and Jane Fencl. Jeff graduated from Solon High School in 1985. Jeff enjoyed buying and selling at flea markets, auctions, and garage sales. He is survived by his father; brothers Jason (Lynn) Fencl, Mt. Vernon, IA, Justin (Holly) Fencl, Solon, IA, and sister Jill (Dana) Beatty, Martelle, IA. Also survived by nieces, Raven (Cody) Suntken, Erin Fencl, and Emma Fencl; nephew, Alex Fencl; great-niece and -nephew Elaine and Milo Suntken. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents Joseph and Mary Fencl and Mahlon and Lola Borseth.
