Jeffrey Dean Wade passed away Monday, May 16, 2016, at Marengo Memorial Hospital at the age of 39 years.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Deanna and Bill Cook of Marengo; a sister, Johnnette Kruse of Williamsburg; a nephew, Dakota Kruse (Brittney Collins); and a niece, Chyanne Kruse (Chais Plank).
Celebration of Life service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 22, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Williamsburg. Burial will be in White Pigeon Cemetery near North English. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg.
