Jeffrey S. Nissen, 25, of Kingston, Ill., died Monday, March 30, 2015, at OSF St. Anthony Medical
Center in Rockford, Ill.
Survivors include his parents, Scott and Michelle Nissen; one son, Haydan Nissen; one sister, Jacqueline; his grandparents, Martin (Karen) Nissen and Ida Witt; eight uncles; seven aunts; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Velma Nissen; and grandfather, Carl Witt Sr.
His visitation will be Friday, April 3, from noon 2 p.m. at Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, Ill. A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Stephen Persson officiating.
