Jeck, David W.
David W. Jeck, 56, of Coralville, formerly of High Amana, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013, at his home. Memorial Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with Elder Emilie Hoppe officiating. Inurnment will be in High Amana Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established.
He is survived by his children, Jeremy Jeck of Cedar Rapids, Jason Jeck of Walford and Jennifer Jeck of Cedar Rapids; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Coghlan of Cedar Rapids; a sister Julie Jeck of High Amana; and a nephew, Joe Schumacher.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Edwards Jeck; his father, Howard “Buddy” Jeck; and a daughter in infancy.
