Jeannine Ann Reade, age 72, died Saturday morning June 29th, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, following multiple health conditions. Per her request, there will be no visitation and no services held. A memorial may be made according to donor choice.
Jeannine is survived by 2 brothers, Brian (Dorothy), College Station, Texas, Brock (Cheryl), Crooks, South Dakota, a sister-in-law, Mary Reade Cox (Jim), 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
Jeannine was born May 14, 1952, at Anamosa Hospital, Jones County, Anamosa, Iowa.
She was the daughter of William A.(Bill) Reade and Pauline Cramer Reade. She was raised on a farm near her hometown of Onslow, Iowa and graduated from Midland Community High School in Wyoming, Iowa. She then continued and graduated from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois and later attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There she received an associate degree in Horticulture. She lived and worked in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, employed by a market research company, Frank Magid Associates. Her hobbies included sewing, needlework, artwork, reading and plants.
