Jaquis, Rose Marie
Rose Marie Jaquis, 80, of Wellman, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at the Parkview Manor, Wellman, following a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28, at the Marion Avenue Baptist Church, Washington, with Pastor Larry Brown officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Thursday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will gather and receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at the Grundy Center Cemetery, Grundy Center.
A memorial has been established to Mission Work in Bangladesh.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Jane Knippenberg and husband John of Great Bend, Kan.; son, Bob Jaquis and wife Robin of Gilbert; son, Tom Jaquis and wife Celeste of Robins; son, Bill Jaquis of Baltimore, Md.; daughter, Beth Leppert and husband Jeff of Richland; daughter, Becki Schaefer and husband Matt of Omaha, Neb.; 13 grandchildren; sister, Pricilla Frier and husband Jim of Washington; and sister, Waneta Button and husband Dean of Marshalltown.
