Janice L. Reinhart Miller, 72, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, following a brief illness.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Father Gary Beckman officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m.
at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa
City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed
to Iowa City Hospice.
Janice was born Oct. 16, 1945, in Solon, the daughter of Clarence and Ethel Hart Reinhart. She was a graduate of Solon High School. On July 29, 1967, Janice married William "Bill" Miller at St. Mary's Church in Solon.
Janice had been employed for many years in registration at ACT.
She was a member of St. Wenceslaus Church. Most important to Janice was her family, especially her grandkids and friends. She loved to travel and especially enjoyed winters spent in Gilbert, Ariz. Janice loved time spent with her four sisters.
Janice is survived by her loving husband, Bill; their daughters, Trish (Kurt) Rummelhart of Iowa City and Shelly (Ryan) Smith of Coralville; four grandsons, Brandon and Matthew Rummelhart and Cullen and Owen Smith; three sisters, Virginia Stahle of Cedar Rapids and Betty (Robert) Kacena and Judi Earley, both of Iowa City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Lois; and brothers-in-law, Kenneth Stahle and Danny Wilhelm.
