Janice Jean Urban, 76, of Omaha, Neb., passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 12, 2018, in Omaha. Janice was born Aug. 31, 1941.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Jean Sievers; and brother, Ken Sievers.
Janice is survived by her husband of 56 years, Chuck; children, Terri Urban, Mick (Patti) Urban and Brent (Kellie) Urban; grandsons, Brandon, Andrew and Ian Urban; nieces, Kristen (Steve) Schmitz and Laura (Will) Thompson; and dear friends, Barb Wray and Carrie Maxon, who join many loved relatives and friends throughout the country.
A service was held April 16.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Millard Public School Foundation.
