Janette L. Parker, 69, of Tipton, died peacefully Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, in Simpson Memorial Home, West Liberty. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time at First United Church of Christ, Tipton. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville.
