Jane Wilson, 88, of Winter Haven, Fla., formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, peacefully passed away on Sept. 12, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial: 10 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017, at All Saints Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids. Burial: St. John's Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
A devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, she enjoyed family times, especially when gathering to play games and celebrating everyone's joys.
She is survived by her four daughters, Cathy Maringer of LaCrescent, Minn., Connie Visek of Davenport, Fla., Carol Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, and Colleen Hawes of Tempe, Ariz.; and her son, Joe Wilson of Green Oaks, Ill. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Jane was born Aug. 3, 1928, as a triplet, in Webster City, Iowa, to Harry and Frances (Ganoe) Jensen. She married Hal Wilson on Jan. 14, 1950.
