Jane S. Novak, 86, died Wednesday, July 26, 2017. A reception of friends will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, with a vigil service at 7 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue, Neb. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, St. Mary Catholic Church, 2302 Crawford St., Bellevue. Inurnment: 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Dan Novak (Maxine), Don Novak (Rachel), David Novak (Joan), Doug Novak (Denise), Debra Tompkins (Jim), Diane Marti (Charles) and Dale Novak; 25 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Novak; parents, John and Virginia Stone; and stepmother, Rhoda Stone.
Memorials may be made to the ALS Association Mid-America Chapter.
