James Douglas "J.D." Shaddox, 70, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center. Celebration of Life services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brosh Chapel. A private family inurnment will be at a later date.
