James C. Ray, 74, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Dubuque, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Teahen Funeral Home by Chaplain Brian Reeves. Burial: 2:30 p.m. Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
