James Howar Sr., 89, of Keswick, died Monday, March 13, 2017, at the Oskaloosa Care Center. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 17, at Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery, Oskaloosa. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m.
