Jacobsen, Dewey Leroy
Dewey Leroy Jacobsen, 84, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Hallmar Residential Care Center, Cedar Rapids, as a result of complications of Lupus and Parkinson's disease. There will be no services. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce; daughter, Dr. Lesa Jacobsen of St. Paul, Minn.; son, Mitchell Jacobsen of San Diego, Calif.; brother, Raymond Jacobsen of Los Angeles, Calif.; niece, Mary Alice Larson of Hollister, Mo.; friends and relatives; and “granddogters,” Wolfie and Sophie-Rose.

The family wishes to express gratitude to the Hallmar staff and Dr. Michael Brooks, whose wonderful care of Dewey was so appreciated.
