Jack "Jake" R. Willett, 58, of Anamosa, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa. Services will be at a later date.
Jack Ray Willett was born Jan. 14, 1957, to James and Helen Phelps Willett in Cedar Rapids. He was united in marriage to Linda Toner on Sept. 29, 1990, in Anamosa. Jack was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting.
He will be forever remembered as a loving husband and wonderful father.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; daughters, Kristina (fiance, Brody Rasmusson) Willett and Kara Willett, both of Anamosa, and Katrina Justice of Cedar Rapids; and four sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
