Jack W. Frisk, 88, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, at Northbrook Manor Care Center in Cedar Rapids following a short illness. A Celebration of Life Service: noon, Saturday, July 10, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, where full military rites will be conducted. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday at Brosh Chapel. Private family inurnment will be in Linwood Cemetery.
