Jack H. Johnson, 82, of Fairbank, died June 16, 2016, in Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 20, at Peace Lutheran Church, Oelwein. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 19, at Woods Funeral Home, Fairbank, and one hour before services Monday at the church. Burial: Fairbank Cemetery.
