Izabella Rae Loffer, 2, of Marengo, passed away July 3, 2017, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, July 10, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. Private family funeral services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, rural Ladora.
