Iverson, Frederick A.
Frederick A. Iverson, 49, of 300 Stamy Rd., Robins, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010. Graveside services with military rites at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home after noon Wednesday.
Survivors include his father, Derwood of Robins; two sisters, Valorie Turner of Cedar Falls, and Donna Iverson of Robins; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Fred was born on August 11, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Derwood and Irma Boone Iverson. He graduated from Kennedy High School and later from Iowa State University in 1983. Fred worked at Midwest Janitorial for several years. He enjoyed volleyball, football and time spent with friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
