Ishman, Dale Elbert
Dale Elbert Ishman, 80, of Elkader, died Sunday, May 2, 2010, at the Elkader Care Center. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Elkader, with the Rev. Jim Klosterboer officiating. Interment, with military honors: East Side Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader and one hour before service time Wednesday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn of Elkader; daughter, Carlene Renee (Tom) Carmicheal of Eugene, Ore.; son, Craig Gene (Vicki) Ishman of Eagan, Minn.; two grandsons, Colin and Luke Ishman; one sister, Joyce Burt of Maryland; and many friends.
Dale owned and operated Ishman Jewelry Store in Elkader.
