IRMTRAUD MOELLER
Amana
Irmtraud Moeller, 87, of Amana, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, at Colonial Manor of Amana with her family by her side. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Middle Amana Cemetery with Elder Emilie Hoppe officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Middle Amana Church prior to the graveside service. Memorials may be contributed to Alzheimer's research or Safe Haven of Iowa County. Kloster Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Irmtraud is survived by her daughter, Angelika (Doug) Bryson; two grandchildren, Gina Glandorf (Travis) and Levi Bryson; a great-grandchild, David Bryson; two brothers, Jurgen Meissner and Fred Meissner; two sisters, Erna Beug and Anita Kemp; a sister-in-law, Gerda Graesser; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Wilhelmina Bude Meissner; her husband, Helmut; a daughter, Monika, at birth; and a sister at a very young age.
The family wishes to thank the great staff at Colonial Manor and Essence of Life Hospice for the wonderful care given to Mama/Oma these past six years.
