INEZ MARIE (CLARY) RAMMELSBERG
Des Moines
Inez Marie (Clary) Rammelsberg, 61, passed away at Des Moines Methodist Hospital on April 5, 2022, after a sudden illness. She was surrounded by family and loved ones. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Rotary Pavilion at Wapsipinicon State Park on Saturday, May 28, from 2 to 5 p.m.
Inez was born on Nov. 27, 1960, in Anamosa, Iowa. Known as Ineie to her friends, she devoted her life to taking care of others. There was no favor too big or kindness too small for her to gladly do.
After spending most of her life living in and around Springville and Cedar Rapids, Inez and her husband left the area to travel for several years.
Inez will be deeply missed by those left behind, including her daughters, Calise and Brandi; son-in-law, Jonathan; and stepdaughter, Donna. She and her best friend, Pam, were inseparable. Pam's daughters, April and Natasha, will also miss her deeply. She had so many chosen family members and touched so many lives that it is impossible to list them all. The rippling effects of her kindness and good deeds will echo forever.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Betty Clary; as well as her husband, Albert; and niece, Rita.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Iowa Homeless Youth Center.
