Hunt, Loulette M.
Loulette M. Hunt, 69, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Cedar Rapids, went home to be with her Lord, in her daughter's home, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009. She was born Sept. 10, 1940, the first daughter born in a set of triplets to John and Elizabeth (Riviere) Buis, in Clearwater, Fla. She was a member of Balwin Baptist Church, De Funiak Springs, Florida, and worked at Hardee's in Cedar Rapids many years.
Surviving are her children, Robert (Robin) Hood and Wanda (Eric) Ekman, both of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two grandchildren, Eric Ekman and Kyle Ekman; a brother, Luther Buis; and three sisters, Genetta Wiggin, Loujette Denney and Louzette Mitchem.
Mrs. Hunt was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Lloyd Hunt of Cedar Rapids.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, with services at 2 p.m. George Wiggin will officiate. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
