Hronik, Kingston Richard
Kingston Richard Hronik, 8 week old son of Jade Harper-Hronik and the late Richard Hronik passed away Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Memories, Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids. A visitation will be held from noon to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the chapel. Friends and family are invited to stay after the service for a celebration of life located in the Family Center.
Surviving In addition to his mother, Jade, Kingston was loved and spoiled by big sister Jazmyn and adored by his big brothers, Jaxson, Jaezen, and Cruz, all at home; his grandparents, Frank and Candy DeCamp, Linda Ross, Rick and Naomi Hronik, all of Cedar Rapids; his aunt and uncles, Martin and Tabitha DeCamp of Cedar Rapids, and Austin DeCamp of Los Angeles, Calif.; great-uncle, Tom Hronik of Cedar Rapids; and great-grandparents, Craig and Barb Sweet and Joseph Hronik, all of Cedar Rapids.
Kingston was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hronik; grandmother, Catherine Camp; great-grandparents, Loretta Sweet, Gail Hronik, Thelma Freshour and Robert Houser.
Kingston was born August 11, 2009, in Cedar Rapids. Kingston touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with. He lit up the room with his smile. Kingston enjoyed being very close to his mom. He was the happiest when he was in his sling “supervising “as she went about her day. One of Kingston's favorite quiet time activities included lying on the couch and looking up at the sky.
While he may not be with us in sight, he will be with us in spirit forever.
A memorial fund has been established. Donations can be made in care of Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
