Hoye, Dolores M.
Dolores M. Hoye, 82, passed away at Lantern Park Nursing & Rehab Center, Coralville, on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013.
She was born March 20, 1931, to Thomas and Josephine (Pierick) Hoye in Clinton, Iowa. Dolores retired from the Mercy Hospital laundry of Iowa City after 26 years.
She is survived by her sisters, Colletta Eisenhofer of Iowa City, Marcelene (Larry) Sillman of Marion and Trudy Rocca of Rochester, Minn,; brothers, Merle (Veronica) Hoye of Lafayette, Colo., and William Hoye of Iowa City; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Thomas Hoye of Des Moines; a niece, Joanne Baumback of Prescott, Ariz.; and brothers-in-law, Joe Eisenhofer and Joe Rocca.
Lensing Funeral Service is providing the cremation and coordinating the graveside service for Friday, Oct. 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Iowa City, with Father Ed Fitzpatrick officiating.
