Howard Marvin Skriver, 89, of Iowa City, passed away Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, at Iowa City Rehab.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at West Branch Cemetery. Military honors will be performed by the American Legion.
