Howard Dean Collingwood was born November 24, 1929, in Millersburg, Iowa. He died on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Compass Memorial Hospital, at the age of 94 years.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:30 am Friday, January 12, 2024, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 pm Thursday at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. A memorial fund has been established for Lutheran Interparish School and St. Paul Lutheran Church.
