Margaret C. Miller Hoover, 97, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elkader with Rev. Paul R. Peters as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday until mass time at the church.
