Honorable Carl D. Baker, 75, died peacefully at his home surrounding by his family following a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, June 10.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2022, at the Newman Center in Iowa City. The family will greet friends from 9:30 to 11 a.m., prior to the service. Burial will be at a later date in Grimes, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa Bicycle Coalition (iowabicyclecoalition.org).
