Hollopeter, Frank
Frank Hollopeter, 78, of Victor, died on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Memorial Service: 11 a.m. Friday at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor. Interment will be at the Victor Memorial Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call at the funeral home from Noon Thursday; and the family will be present from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Frank Hollopeter Memorial Fund and sent in care of Delores Hollopeter, 503 Williams Street, Victor, IA 52347.
Frank is survived by his wife, Delores Hollopeter of Victor; three sons, Allen (Kristin) Hollopeter of Deep River, Terry Hollopeter of Iowa City, and Laurel Hollopeter of Victor; three daughters, Leah Ann (Derry) Gray of Victor, Marcia (Eric) Kirkpatrick of Nichols, and Sherrill (Ed) West-Swim of Tiffin; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; one sister, Betty Hollopeter of Ladora; and three brothers, Dean Hollopeter and Floyd Hollopeter, both of Ladora, and Charles Hollopeter of Williamsburg.
