Hlavacek, Nadine R.
Nadine R. Hlavacek, 90, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center following a short illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, by the Rev. Pete Hagglund. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her sons, Tim (Dona) of Conrad, Tod (Peggy) of Cedar Rapids and Ted (Janet) of Overland Park, Kan.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established.
