Hindman, Mildred Grace (Junge)
Mildred Grace (Junge) Hindman, 89, of La Plata, Mo., and formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Mo. Services are pending for a later date. Travis Funeral Home is in charge of cremation. Services and family burial are pending for a later date.
Survivors include her children, Irene (Robert) Osborn of La Plata, Mo., and Karen Sauerbry of Greeley, Iowa; two grandsons, Shawn Graham of Anamosa, Iowa, and Shane Graham of Greeley, Iowa; two stepgrandchildren, Bobby and Tina; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ella Junge; brother. Albert, Jr.; husband, Ivan Hindman; son, Tommy Hindman; and son-in-law, Bobby Sauerbry.
Mildred was born April 3, 1921 in Davenport, Iowa. She worked at Rock Island Arsenal before marrying Ivan Hindman in March 1946 and moving to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
