Hildenbrand, Leeann
Leeann Hildenbrand, 65, of Cedar Rapids, died at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012. Graveside services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements by: Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include children, Michael (Monica) Hildenbrand and Marc Hildenbrand, both of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Devann, Jonathan, Nicholas, Nathan and Joslyn; siblings, Michael (Susan) Jones of Medford Ore., Connie Phillips of Cedar Rapids and Delores (Michael) Martin of Empire, Ala.; godchild, Leonnah Phillips of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Betty Jones; brothers, Alan and Marcus Jones; and a sister, Naoma Jones.
Leeann was born on April 18, 1947, in Cedar Rapids, daughter of Raymond and Betty (Miller) Jones. She graduated from Prairie High School in 1967, and attended Hamilton College. Leeann worked at Jack's Discount Store, MCI and most recently at Garfield Elementary School. She was a member of the St. Ludmila's Church. Leeann volunteered on the Domestic Abuse Advisory Board. She really enjoyed her grandchildren and her godchild.
