Hepker, Dennis LeRoy
Dennis LeRoy Hepker, 76, of Phoenix, Ariz., and formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Dec. 15, 2009. Please join the family in a celebration of life on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Hiawatha Community Center.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne; three sons, Duane (Kathy), Darrell (Laurie) and Dan; and three grandchildren, Ryan, Josh and Chase.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Hazel Hepker; and a brother, Donald Hepker.
Dennis attended Palo High School. He accomplished many things in his life, among them he owned DL Hepker Inc. and DHL Transportation Co. in Hiawatha. Dennis was also a member and staff director within the El Kahir Shrine in Cedar Rapids.
He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
