HENRY ASHER

Henry L. Asher, 70, of Ladora, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016, at Colonial Manor in Amana. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Cedar Memorial Chapel Stateroom in Cedar Rapids. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, Cedar Rapids. Pastor Andy Hassen will be officiating the service. Private burial will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery at a later time.
Henry Lee Asher was born March 10, 1946, to Wilbert and Esther Eubanks Asher in Paragould, Ark. He was united in marriage to Sue Endecott on June 19, 1966. Henry enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He will be forever missed.
He is survived by his wife, Sue; daughter, Heather (Rob) Horton of Warrenton, Mo.; son, Jason (Sarah) of Ladora; sister, Bonnie Asher of Jefferson City, Mo.; and four grandchildren, Joshua, Izzy, Wyatt and Boone.
