Helen Noe, 79, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at the Buchanan County Health Care Center in Inde-pendence. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at First United Methodist Church in Independence. Burial: Wilson
Cemetery, Independence. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at Fawcett Funeral Home in Winthrop and after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Survivors include her husband, Roger of Rowley; six children, Sandra (Ken) Johnson of Independence, Michael (Julie) Noe of Rowley, Robert (Pam) Noe of Independence, Nancy (John) Nelson of Cedar Rapids, Laurie (Gary) Bearbower of Independence and Susan Wilson of Independence.
