Helen Marie Lund, age 90 of Coralville, formerly of Clarence, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Windmill Manor in Coralville. Funeral services will be at Chapman’s in Clarence on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Janet Shotwell officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will be in the Clarence Cemetery.
Helen was born May 5, 1934 in Olin, Iowa to Clarence and Emma (Switzer) Cozart.
Survivors include her son James; grandson Adam Lund; great-grandson Mitchell Lund; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Judy; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Helen was a caregiver for over 17 years and at one time had a store in downtown Clarence called Cake Crafts as she loved to bake cakes. She was an avid card player, loved cats, and enjoyed puzzles and Crewel.
