Helen Irene Kuhl, 79, of Williamsburg, formerly of Manilla and Cedar Rapids, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at the Highland Ridge, Williamsburg. A memorial service celebrating Helen's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Inurnment will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel.
