Helen Lucille Bair died on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at Mercy Iowa City, at the age of 90 years. Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg. Burial will be in the Community Cemetery, near Deep River. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
