Heiden, Ilene Ione
Ilene Ione Heiden, 88, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Center in Postville. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at Norway Lutheran Church, rural Elkader. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation: 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.
Survivors include her children, Karen Johnson of Guttenberg and Diane Heiden of Elkader; five grandchildren, Kim (Randy) Cronin, Daniel (Kara) Berger, Douglas (Brenda) Berger, Ann (Matt) Erickson and Erin (William) Scherf IV; 15 great-grandchildren, Cody, Stephanie and David Cronin, Courtney, Drew, Dylan, Derek and Emily Berger, Jaden and Morgan Berger, Nolan Walby, Makenna and Logan Erickson, Kahlei and Alyssa Schmitt; brother, Warren (Delpha Mae) Larson, and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
